It is a historically very valuable building that was completed in 1927 in ​Nihonbashi Kayabacho. It was used as a fountain pen company's Tokyo office in 1943, and its beautiful stone exterior makes you feel the characteristics of Western-style architecture in the early Showa era and the Taisho era. The location overlooking the river below allows very beautiful natural light to enter the room.

1927年（昭和2年）日本橋茅場町の地に竣工された歴史的にとても貴重なビルです。
昭和18年には万年筆会社の東京事業所として使用されその美しい石造りの外観は昭和初期、大正時代の洋風建築の特徴を色濃く感じさせる建物です。東京日本橋に有りながら眼下に川を望む立地により、室内にはとても美しい自然光が入る事もこのビルの特徴です。
